Your mission
Freaks 4U Gaming is seeking experienced and empathetic Senior Community Manager who bring strategic vision, strong communication skills, and a deep passion for gaming and esports. In this role, you will take the lead in building and nurturing our communities, developing cross-platform engagement strategies, and fostering an inclusive and loyal fanbase. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product Management and Publisher Relations, ensuring that the voice of the community is embedded into all our projects. This position is based on-site at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community strategies across various platforms (e.g., Discord, Twitch, forums)
Build, manage, and moderate active gaming and esports communities
Plan and execute community activities such as contests, events, and challenges
Monitor and analyze community sentiment, feedback, and trends to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate community insights into content, product development, and campaigns
Create community guidelines, playbooks, and best practices
Support the identification and engagement of brand ambassadors, influencers, and power users
Represent Freaks 4U Gaming at industry events and serve as a spokesperson to our community
