Your mission
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Freelance Senior Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of high-profile E-Sports & Gaming events in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event production—from concept development to post-event analysis—ensuring an exceptional experience for attendees. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and an excellent communicator, with a strong track record in managing complex events and leading cross-functional teams. The position is fully remote and only required on-site for events. The planned deployment period is between May/June and September.
- Develop innovative event concepts and detailed project plans
- Manage end-to-end event production for multiple projects simultaneously
- Source, negotiate, and oversee relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
- Lead on-site teams to ensure seamless event execution and quick problem resolution
- Analyze post-event feedback to identify areas for future improvement
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
- Work with national and international clients or companies
- Develop and implement holistic event marketing and live marketing strategies
