Your mission
As the Head of Client Experience at Freaks 4U Gaming, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our approach to client and publisher relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring exceptional client experiences. This role is tailored for a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the Gaming and Esports industry, who excels in managing high-value client interactions and leading teams. You will be at the forefront of engaging with key clients and publishers, driving acquisition efforts, and ensuring long-term partnerships. Your expertise in sales, strategic thinking, and relationship management will be crucial in expanding our client base and fostering strong, impactful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture high-value relationships with clients and publishers, ensuring long-term partnerships and exceptional client experiences
- Lead and mentor the Account Management and Publisher Relations teams to maximize performance and align with business goals
- Oversee complex contract negotiations, collaborating with Legal to ensure strategically favorable agreements
- Develop and execute sales and account strategies to drive revenue and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct high-quality presentations and needs assessments with clients to ensure seamless project transitions
- Monitor KPIs related to client relationships, sales performance, and team productivity, providing reports to senior leadership
Additional Emphasis:Be prepared for frequent travel, including weekends, to attend industry-relevant events and client meetings. Represent the company while intensively networking with companies from endemic and non-endemic brands. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging best practices in client and publisher management. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to enhance our market presence and support business objectives.
