Your mission
Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for a highly experienced and solution-oriented Senior IT Manager to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our internal IT infrastructure. In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing and developing our IT systems, tools, and networks. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments and support a smooth technical setup for day-to-day operations as well as events and productions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and optimize our internal IT and network infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, backups, cloud services)
Plan and implement new IT projects in close cooperation with internal departments
Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level technical support to staff
Ensure cybersecurity and compliance with access policies and endpoint protection
Evaluate and integrate new systems, tools, and platforms
Provide IT support for onsite productions and live events
Document IT systems, workflows, and internal processes
