Your mission
Our HR Team is responsible for developing and retaining the team at Freaks 4U Gaming and to attract and recruit new talents across all seniority levels. The job is to act as strategic partner for all executives and team leaders of the company, allowing the company to develop and prepare for further growth. In this role the incumbent will be responsible for all people related (HR) activities and services. The person will have strategic positioning within the company, acting as part of the leadership team helping to the further develop all people related topics.
- Working with the executive team and team leaders you will be accountable for all HR related activities for all entities of Freaks 4U Gaming, including talent acquisition and recruiting, learning and development, personnel administration and compensation and benefits
- Leading and enabling a team that can scale as the company grows
- You will motivate a team that will ensure an outstanding experience for both our existing and future people throughout the recruiting process
- Identification of strategic fields of actions and development of suitable solutions by providing consultation and partnering with key stakeholders across the business on complex people issues, e.g.:
- Driving recruiting processes
- Coaching on team leadership, helping to resolving employee relations issues
- Run performance evaluation by conducting performance reviews
- Developing and conducting programs that help our people to develop professionally (and personally)
- Ensure an outstanding employee experience especially in:
- Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Onboarding
- Personnel administration / employment services
- Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Provide useful information to help guide decision making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently
- Provide guidance on people related issues and policies across the company and different locations
- Work on other projects that are related to our people and that have a positive impact on employee engagement, organizational performance and support business strategies and goals
- Further development of HR processes and tools, including the implementation of existing HR systems across all departments and locations
- Creation of report and further development of relevant KPI’s
