Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Als Referent wirst Du eng mit unserer Geschäftsführung zusammenarbeiten, um das Tagesgeschäft, interne und externe Projekte sowie Managementinitiativen in einem schnelllebigen Agenturumfeld zu unterstützen. Wir suchen eine vielseitige Unterstützung mit außergewöhnlichem Geschäftssinn, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Tatendrang, die sich nicht scheut, die Verantwortung für neue Aufgaben und Projekte zu übernehmen. In dieser Position erwarten Dich Aufgaben auf Makroebene, auf der du ganzheitlich und strategisch denkst und gleichzeitig auf Details achtest. Außerdem wird von Dir ein sensibler Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen erwartet, während du unserem CRO des Rücken freihältst.

Die richtige Person ist aufgeschlossen und lernfähig, mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Verantwortung und Pflichtbewusstsein. Du bist in der Lage, selbstständig zu arbeiten und dich als zuverlässiges Teammitglied einzubringen, um ein insgesamt produktives und positives Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Design und Aufbau von Präsentationsunterlagen für interne und externe Veranstaltungen
Unterstützung des CRO im Tagesgeschäft, einschließlich Termin- und Reisemanagement
Erstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation für Prozesse und Richtlinien
Anfertigung von Sitzungsprotokollen und Ermittlung von Aktionspunkten
Leitung, Verwaltung oder Unterstützung von Ad-hoc und strategischen Projekten
Effiziente und effektive Kommunikation mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, regionalen Niederlassungen auf der ganzen Welt und dem Führungsteam, einschließlich des C-Levels

Dein Profil:

Erforderliche Kenntnisse:

Vorangegangene Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Agentur-, Medien- oder Sportbranche
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sicheres Auftreten und Selbstvertrauen
Natürlicher Aufbau von Beziehungen mit Integrität, Zuverlässigkeit und Reife. Hinzu kommt ein sensibler Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
Ausgeprägtes Gespür für die Gestaltung und Strukturierung wichtiger Dokumente im Hinblick auf ihre Lesbarkeit
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Themen und Aufgabenbereiche

Vorteilhafte Kenntnisse:

Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in der Erstellung von Präsentationen

Your mission

As Executive Assistant you will be working closely with our CRO to assist day-to-day operations, internal and external projects as well as management initiatives in a fast-paced agency environment. We are looking for a highly motivated person with exceptional business acumen, communications skills, and a hands-on attitude, who is not afraid to take on responsibility of new tasks and projects. This is a position in which you are expected to think wholistically and strategically on a macro level while being meticulous to details. You are expected to handle confidential information with sensitivity while keeping the back of our CRO free.

The right candidate is open-minded and fast learning, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. You can work autonomously and collaborating as a reliable team member, creating an overall productive and positive work environment.

Task overview:

Design and build presentation decks for internal and external engagements
Support our CRO in day-to-day operations, including appointment and travel management
Create and maintain documentation for processes and guidelines
Consolidate meeting minutes and identify action points
Lead, manage or support ad-hoc and strategic relevant projects
Communicate efficiently and effectively with cross-function teams, regional offices worldwide and leadership team including C-suite executives

Your profile

Required skills:

Previous work experience, preferably within the agency, media or sports industry
Fluent in both German and English
Exceptional communication skills with poise and confidence
Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity, handles confidential information with sensitivity
A great sense in designing and structuring important documents for readability
A fast-learner for new topics and areas of responsibilit

Desired skills:

Excellent working knowledge of presentation creation
Solid understanding for the gaming and esports scene - including marketing and analytics
