Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Selbstständige Durchführung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts, insbesondere Prüfung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Zahlungsverkehr und Ansprechpartner für interne oder externe Stakeholder
Fachliche Koordination und Bearbeitung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle, d.h. Hauptbuchhaltung sowie Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Kolleg:innen im Finance-Team
Verwaltung und Koordinierung der (virtuellen) Kreditkarten des mittleren Managements und des Einkaufs
Mithilfe und selbständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit dem Accounting-Team nach HGB, unter der Leitung des Director of Finance
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling für die Erstellung von ad-hoc Auswertungen
Mitwirkung bei internen Projekten im Bereich Finance insbesondere mit Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen und Steuerberater:innen
Weitere Optimierung der Accounting- und Finance-Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg:innen

Dein Profil:

Erforderliche Kenntnisse:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung / Steuern
Mehrjährige (3-5 Jahre) relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. in einem Steuerbüro oder in einer Buchhaltungsabteilung
Fachkenntnisse in Bezug auf Zahlungsverkehr, Kreditoren-, Debitorenbuchhaltung, Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sind für Dich selbstverständlich
Sicherer Umgang mit der Buchhaltungssoftware DATEV ist ein muss
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Handelsrecht (HGB), Steuerkenntnisse sind ein Plus
Sehr hoher Qualitätsanspruch an Arbeitsergebnisse sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in und kannst Dich gut organisieren
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sind erforderlich
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch.

Your mission

Independent handling of the operative day-to-day business, in particular review of incoming and outgoing invoices as well as the creation of outgoing invoices, payment transactions and contact person for internal or external stakeholders
Technical coordination and processing of all current business transactions, i.e. general accounting as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable in cooperation with your colleagues in the Finance team
Managing and coordinating the (virtual) credit cards of middle management and purchasing
Assistance and independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with the accounting team in accordance with HGB, under the direction of the Director of Finance
Close cooperation with Controlling for the preparation of ad hoc reports
Participation in internal projects in the area of finance, in particular with auditors and tax consultants
Further optimization of accounting and finance processes in cooperation with your colleagues

Your profile

Required:

Successfully completed training as a tax clerk or completed studies with a focus on accounting / taxes
Several years (3-5 years) of relevant professional experience, e.g. in a tax consultancy or in an accounting department
Solid expertise in payment transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly and annual financial statements
Confident handling of the accounting software DATEV is a must
Very good knowledge of commercial law (HGB), IFRS knowledge is a plus
Very high quality standards for work results as well as reliability and sense of responsibility
You are a team player and can organize yourself well
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is required
You speak fluent German and very good English

Required:

A passion for gaming and esports
You have a keen sense for digital topics and a natural understanding of software such as Jira, Candis and Confluence
Experience with intercompany invoicing is a plus
