Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du managest und organisierst den gesamten Recruiting- und Auswahlprozesses, von der Prüfung eingehender Bewerbungen, über die Koordination und Teilnahme an Vorstellungsgesprächen bis hin zur Koordination des Onboardings
  • Du arbeitest mit unseren Hiring Managern zusammen, um Recruiting-Needs zu verstehen und Talente zu identifizieren, die unserer Kultur und unseren Anforderungen entsprechen
  • Du stellst eine erstklassige Experience für Kandidaten und Personalverantwortliche sicher, indem Du reibungslose Abläufe mit einer persönlichen Note und professioneller Kommunikation (in Stellenanzeigen, Interviews, Feedbacks und Angeboten) gewährleistest
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere offenen Stellen und neue Bewerber
  • Deine Mission endet nicht mit der Einstellung - andere spannende Projekte, einschließlich Employer Branding, warten auf Dich!
Dein Profil:
  • Du hast Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld, vorzugsweise in einer Agentur oder in der Personaldienstleistung
  • Du bist selbst Gamer und/oder im E-Sports aktiv oder hast große Lust Dich mit der Industrie zu beschäftigen  
  • Erfahrung im Active Sourcing von Talenten über verschiedene Plattformen (LinkedIn, XING) und der Verwaltung von Kandidatenpipelines ist ein Plus!
  • Als Kommunikationstalent und leidenschaftlicher Netzwerker gewinnst Du neue Talente, baust unser Netzwerk ständig aus und fungierst als Markenbotschafter für Freaks4u Gaming GmbH in der Gaming- und E-Sportsszene
  • Du arbeitest systematisch und strukturiert, kannst Deine Zeit effektiv einteilen und bist lösungsorientiert
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission
  • Manage the full cycle of the talent acquisition process, from the screening applications, interviews and hiring new employees
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies, create meaningful job postings, and find other creative solutions to fill vacant positions
  • Provide a first-class experience for candidates and hiring mangers by ensuring smooth processes with a personal touch and professional communication (in job ads, interviews, feedbacks and offers)
  • Connect with talents via active sourcing activities via LinkedIn, XING and/or other business networks
  • Act as direct point of contact for our open roles and new candidates
  • Your mission does not end with hiring – other exciting projects, including employer branding, are waiting for you!
Your profile
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an agency or recruiting boutique
  • You are a gamer and/or active in esports or you have the ambition to get involved with the industry
  • Experience with sourcing talents via various platforms (LinkedIn, XING) and developing and managing candidate pipelines is a plus
  • As a communication talent, you will win new talents, constantly expand our network and act as brand ambassador in the gaming and esports scene
  • You work in a systematic and structured way, can manage your time effectively and are solution oriented
  • You are fluent in German and English
