Das erwartet Dich bei uns

Für unsere Legal Abteilung suchen wir derzeit Werkstudent*innen die unsere Legal Counsel in ihrer täglichen Arbeit in unserem Berliner Office in Spandau unterstützen. In unserem agilen Agenturumfeld in der Gaming & E-Sport Branche erwartet dich eine einzigartige Rolle, in der du Verträge in den Bereichen Sponsoring, Lizenzierung, Influencer- und Marketingkampagnen sowie Content- und Eventproduktionen vorbereitest und verwaltest. Diese Stelle ist sowohl für Jura-Student*innen geeignet als auch für Student*innen anderer Fachrichtungen da die Tätigkeit hauptsächlich verwaltender Natur sein wird.

Verwaltung und Pflege unseres Vertragsmanagementsystems
Vorbereitung von Vertragsentwürfen und Unterstützung bei der Fertigstellung von Vertragsunterlagen
Assistenz unserer Legal Counsel während verschiedener Stakeholder-Meetings
Handhabung von Non-disclosure agreements
Generelle anfallende Verwaltungstätigkeiten

Dein Profil:

Erforderliche Kenntnisse:

Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
Ausgeprägte Affinität für Microsoft Office - insbesondere Excel

Vorteilhafte Kenntnisse:

Ein laufendes Jura-Studium
Vorherige Erfahrungen im Rechtswesen
Erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Jira

Your mission

What you can expect from us
For our Legal Department, we are currently looking for a working student to support our Legal Team in its daily work in our Berlin office in Spandau. In our agile agency environment in the gaming & esports industry, you can expect a unique role in which you will prepare and manage contracts in the areas of sponsorship, licensing, influencer and marketing campaigns as well as content and event productions. This role is suitable for law students as well as students from other disciplines as the role will be mainly administrative in nature.

Administration and maintenance of our contract management system
Preparing draft contracts and assisting with the finalisation of contract documents
Assisting our Legal Counsels during stakeholder meetings
Handling of non-disclosure agreements
General administrative activities

Your profile

Required skills:

Fluency in German and English
Strong affinity for Microsoft Office - especially Excel

Desired skills:

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in law
Previous experience in the legal field
Initial knowledge of working with Jira
