Your mission
As a Pre-Sales Manager, you will specialize in lead generation and acquisition for agency and production services in the gaming and esports industry. In this position, you will play an important role in identifying and approaching potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting our service portfolio. Enthusiasm for gaming and esports combined with the right sales mindset are crucial in this role to help grow our client and partner network.
- Generating leads by approaching potential clients through acquisition and general contact
- Researching and creating potential prospect lists through independent searches on portals such as LinkedIn
- Identify and analyze leads by understanding their agency / product needs and general challenges
- Presenting our agency products and services
- Work with the sales team to plan and coordinate product and pitch presentations
- Maintain our usual client interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce) and constantly update the related data
- Keep up to date with industry trends and our agency services to effectively communicate their benefits to our clients
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and campaigns that target the needs of our endemic and non-endemic customers entering the gaming and esports industry
Your profile
Required skills:
- 2 years of professional experience in a sales role that has included lead generation, cold calling, sales or account management
- Solid and relevant B2B inside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- You are Business-fluent in German and English
Desired skills:
- Determination in the pursuit of sales targets and leads
- You have already gained experience with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce
- You are extroverted and have good interpersonal skills to develop client relationships
- Knowledge of the esports and gaming industry is an advantage
