HR Service Consultant Trainee (m/f/d)

Trainee, Full-time · Berlin
Your mission
  • You support us in tasks in personnel recruiting: From placing job advertisements to selecting applicants and conducting interviews to hiring an employee
  • You also help with administrative activities: data maintenance in software systems and personnel files, creation of forms, templates, statistics, contract management including insight into collective labor law and preparatory work for our payroll
  • Targeted on- and offboarding of employees
  • Contact management between departments and colleagues
Your profile
  • Any kind of university entrance qualification, completed vocational training or comparable previous training, dropouts are also very welcome
  • You bring a high level of commitment, a lot of initiative and organizational skills
  • Very good IT and MS Office skills
  • First internship experience is desirable
  • Loyalty, reliability and ready to take responsibility
  • High communication skills, flexibility and a high degree of teamwork
  • Enjoyment of quick decisions and the desire to continuously develop yourself
  • Absolute secrecy and understanding for handling highly sensitive data
  • Very good German skills, both spoken and written
  • You are not afraid to communicate in English as well
